Sloth bears use boulder slopes, termite mounds and fruiting trees in this dry deciduous forest. They can appear suddenly on a bend. Keep the gypsy still; never surround a mother with cubs.
They are listed in public NTCA/WII fauna for Mukundra. A sighting is uncommon, not a scheduled show. Give them the road if they want it.
